LEAD is a four-year Dutch government-funded project implemented by TAMSS in collaboration with the organisation SPARK Tunisia. It aims to combat irregular economic immigration and radicalization by improving the socioeconomic situation of women and young people in the governorates of Kairouan and Kef by creating long-term job opportunities.

  • Create long-term youth employment in high-growth industries through training, coaching, and access to SME financing.
  • Encourage young people to be entrepreneurs by incorporating entrepreneurship education into secondary and higher education.
